Being a repeat fashion offender (A.K.A wearing the same outfit over & over) is now a “do.” In this hard economy buying a NEW dress for every occasion may not be an option. Vogue editor Anna Wintour wore the same Balenciaga dress to several “red carpet” events including FNO and Paris Fashion Week. First lady Michelle Obama is one of the 1st to embark on this trend wearing the same Tracy Feith ensemble time and again.
